Thanksgiving 2015
We celebrated Thanksgiving at the Aschermann's House this year. We had a beautiful day, but I do have to admit that the nostalgic part of me missed celebrating in Glenwood. Thanksgiving Day forever remind me of peeling potatoes with my Dad while watching the Macy's Day Parade and my Mom's very full house. It is funny how certain memories growing up get so ingrained. I wonder what will stick my kiddos.
We have a TON of things to be thankful for this year.
We have a TON of things to be thankful for this year.
- First and foremost a healthy family. We had our annual kiddo check ups. Milo is 41lbs, Liesel is 29lbs, and Maddox is 24lbs. I am very happy to say that they are all healthy. The only thing the doctor noted was the fact that Maddox's head size is off the charts big. He is about 3/4 body and torso and 1/4 legs.
- Our house is officially under construction and we will hopefully be spending next year's holiday season in our new home.
- We are blessed to have the Ascherman's generosity in opening their home so that we can make our dream of our farm house come true.
- Our entire family is grateful for the love that our parents (Grammy, Grandpa, Nana, and Papa) shower us with.
- We have a great group of friends to laugh and sometimes cry with.
- Both Scott around I have good jobs that allow us to provide for our family, challenge our boundaries, enhance our communities, and better ourselves.
- The list could go on...We are truly blessed!!!
