To say that the last week in October is a busy one for the Aschermann Family is a gross understatement. Milo celebrated his birthday at Pre-School on Tuesday since the Halloween Party was on his actual birthday. Wednesday was Liesel's Birthday and we went trick or treating at Ralston Valley High School. Thursday was Milo's birthday and his preschool Halloween Parade. Friday was Halloween and on Saturday we threw a dual cowboy/cowgirl birthday party for these two awesome kids. Did I mention that through all this we were prepared for a new baby any day…(more on that in the next blog).
What do I say to you two on your second and fourth birthday's. Lets start with Liesel…
Liesel,
At two you are more ornery than your brother was at this age, but you pull it off with spunk and overwhelming cuteness. You are two going on ten and make me laugh every day. Though it frustrates me often, I hope that you never loose your fiery personality. You are very much like me with your tenacity and fearlessness. You will do anything you set your mind to. One big difference between you and I…you don't seem to be much of a rule follower. This petrifies me. You march to your own drum and are already a leader, even at two. I love you more than you will ever know and all I can say is, "Watch out world".
Milo,
I can't believe you are already turning four. It seems like yesterday that we brought you home. You are full of personality and are a stereotypical little boy… you love all thing sports and can't get enough rough housing done in one day's time. We are currently struggling with you regarding keeping your hands to yourself. Whenever you are excited, I see it in your eyes, and then you pounce. Whoever is around gets tackled with Milo hugs. Though I really do think you need to work on personal space I love how affectionate you are. You are a smart, funny, creative, and determined four year old boy. Your are full of questions and ideas and never seem to stop talking. Though, I tease about the constant chatter, I have loved getting to hear all the crazy awesome thoughts that go through that little head. I am so excited to see what you do with the year ahead. I love you to the moon and back!
