Milo John

We have been a busy crew over the past few weeks. On October 30, 2010 we welcomed our baby boy, Milo John Aschermann, to the world. Scott had to take his Professional Engineering Exam on Friday the 29th. At 3:30pm I went to the doctor due to some cramping I was having. They did a labor test and it showed that I was having regular contractions and was already 6 cenimeters dialated and 80% effaced. The doctor said I had to go straight to the hospital. I waited to call Scott until 5:45pm and told him to meet me at the hospital. He met me there and Milo was born at 5:19am on Saturday morning. He weighed in at 7lbs 4oz and was 20.5 inches long. He is already the love of our life. He is a great little guy. He eats well and is a good sleeper...which Mom really appreciates. We can't get enough of him and we are so excited to see what life has in store for him.

Our Chubby Boy

Have you ever seen a cuter baby?

Bosco has been an awesome big brother.

Our little Gentleman

Scott celebrated his 29th birthday on November 7th and spent the day with his son...What a difference a year makes :)

I will be sure to update our blog more regularly. We are headed up to Glenwood for Thanksgiving tomorrow and I will post pictures from our visit.

Blogging Time

We are a little behind the ball, but after enjoying many of my friends blogs I thought I would start one of our own. Plus I am sure everyone will be much more interested in our day to day activities once our little one joins the family (due date November 05, 2010). We are very excited and very busy. We have finished the basement this summer. Scott, with a lot of help from family and friends did most of the work on his own. With our new space downstairs our guest room could be moved and the old guest room is in the process of becoming the nursery. In between the projects needed to be completed at home Scott has been studying for his Professional Engineering Exam (October 29, 2010). It is a busy but great time of life. We can't wait to meet our new little one!!!!
